My desktop stutters and the RAM looks slow

Without an XMP or EXPO profile, memory often sits on slow JEDEC and games stutter in a way the app cannot remove. You enable the profile yourself in UEFI. A bad profile can stop the PC from booting: then load BIOS defaults or clear CMOS.

We do not dictate voltages. ReBAR is recommended with a dedicated GPU, and that change is also in UEFI.
