Mouse and keyboard lag only in-game

Turn things off one at a time, not all at once. Stay on AboveNormal priority. High on a weaker CPU can starve the mouse and keyboard. There is no Realtime.

Do not combine MMCSS Aggressive with High priority. If Discord or the mouse lags, give processes all cores again. Do not freeze Discord if you talk on it.
