The phone will not connect to the PC

The phone and the PC need the same local network, not a guest network. Turn the server on in the Phone tab. Turn VPN off as a test. Do not open ports on the router.

Windows Firewall should not block the app. Do not turn off network and sharing in the basic optimization if the phone has to see the PC.
